A frustrating incident occurred when our luggage was damaged in storage. the manager’s dismissive attitude added to the disappointment we felt during our visit. With so many better options available, this stay was less than satisfactory.

The location is prime, just a hop away from cool eateries like El Porron and Baker Street. I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy vibe of the Superior King Room, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. Nothing like a late-night culinary find to wrap up a New York adventure!

The room was sweltering with a broken thermostat, and I had to work the radiator like a pro to cool it down. On top of that, the early morning chat and unwanted alarm ruined my beauty sleep, making the $250 a night feel a bit steep. Felt like a downer compared to my last stay in the king suite.

The view from the room was simply astonishing, like a painting of the bridge right outside. The staff really went above and beyond. they made us feel welcomed, especially this one lady at the front desk, she remembered our names.
